• Live Demo of Drone frost seeding a pasture mix:  Hear about drone technology and how it can be used on your farm from scouting to fence monitoring or lambing or flock health checks to seeding....  Kurt MacSweyn will demo his services and explain this new-to-agriculture technology.

• Rotational grazing system and setup:  Our host farm is Kirkview Farms - Mike MacGillivray knows how to grow grass and raise and market grass fed beef.  Sheep are a relatively new addition to the operation, however Mike is confident they align well with the farm's regenerative approach and add value to keeping pastures growing, parasites in check and customers coming back for more grass fed meat.

• Best Practices in Seeding pastures and hayfields: Larry Mastine DLF Pickseed Director QC will be onsite to provide an overview of all things seed and seedbed preparation related - keeping your pastures green and hayfields in top notch shape. Larry raises Suffolk Sheep near Danville QC and has a wealth of practical information to share.
